Malmberg Projects work at the intersection of imagination, research and reality to create projects that inspire. We shape the built environment, and then it shapes us.

Future-tech

Sustainability and resiliency are fundamental to all our projects. We go beyond the borders of bricks & mortar buildings to create and invest in urban tech and product design. Food systems, water management, waste reduction, active design and energy systems are focus areas.

Taking a triple-bottom line approach

Development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs (Brundtland Commission, 1987). We see this standard as the baseline and are aiming to create projects that move us further and faster along the spectrum.

Helping those who help

Non-profits face unique challenges when it comes to their own space and place needs, especially in high cost urban markets. Catherine has experience working with mission-driven organizations to problem solve their real estate challenges so that their focus can stay on the mission.
